The Sidetracker

Our client wanted to create a fishing lure which eliminates the need for an outrigger when trolling. Inventions Unlimited designed and tested various versions of the lure before finalizing the product. All designs were tested physically in the water and in simulations. This product allows all types of small and medium boat owners to have the capability of turning their boat into a capable fishing vessel. The patented ChatterLures Multi-Directional SideTracker™️ Spreader Bar enables you to switch the lure from port to starboard in less than 2 seconds. If you do not have outriggers, no problem! The Sidetracker has sold over 30,000 units to date. We are working on an updated design to allow for even more functionality.

Football Head & Neck Protector

The Football Head and Neck Protector is a pioneering safety device engineered to enhance head protection in football. This innovative addition to traditional helmets is designed for players who face the rigorous physical demands of the sport, from sixth graders to college athletes. The apparatus features a combination of cranial padding and/or a robust face guard, forming a protective cage around the helmet. Its primary function is to absorb the impact during tackles and collisions, crucial in a sport known for its intensity. The design is compatible with standard football shoulder pads, attaching seamlessly without disturbing the chest laces.

The Window Waffle

The patented Window Waffle is a fully functional window planter that can be installed within minutes. This product has a variety of attachments including bird feeders, bird baths, bird houses, planters, and other accessories. Our client wanted to bring fun and life to homes and retirement homes. The Window Waffle is adjustable to any size window from 28” to 39”, fits nearly all double hung windows. This product can also be installed inside on a wall or tabletop. The Window Waffle makes it possible to have a small garden in tight spaces. The design is fully customizable, which makes this product fun for the whole family. It also has many accessories for an exciting planting experience. The patented Window Waffle is a fully functional window planter that can be installed or expanded in minutes.

Dog Feeding Station

Our client wanted to develop a dog toy which keeps dogs active while the homeowner is away. The toy is a creative concept, incentivizing the dog with treats or food. The product contains a base mat that triggers 3 other modules around the house to dispense food or treats. The base unit is a pad that triggers with pressure or a motion sensor. Once the dog triggers the base mat, one of the island feeding units will dispense food or treats.

The patent-pending adjustable Dog Station is a grooming station that adjusts its height based on the height of the dog. She owns a brick and mortar and a traveling dog grooming van. Our client wanted a method to aid her when grooming dogs. This product is extremely helpful when clipping nails, taking a bath and all other grooming needs. This product assists a groomer or pet owner when grooming wriggly pets of any size. Imagine having an extra set of hands when grooming your dog or pet. This product adjusts its height based on the size of the dog. It buckles the dogs in to allow a groomer easy access and provides a steady dog to groom. The product is watertight and has an IP54 water rating. This product is a must-have for any dog owner or groomer.

The Trailer Adaptor is a standalone plug designed to easily add backup lights to any boat, utility trailer or RV. It plugs directly into the vehicle and existing trailer wiring harness and all the needed wiring is enclosed within the plug itself.

Fishing Gulp

The patent-pending Liquid Fish Bait Container is an easy way to recharge bait while fishing. Certain types of bait can be recharged with flavor and smell prior to casting. The Fishing bait Recharge was a straightforward design, but Inventions Unlimited added some elements that really made it stand out from other products on the market. The bait can be directly placed into this product while fishing. The lid can be easily opened and closed with one hand. The lid has magnets in the lid which guarantees the lid stays closed and the liquid bait can’t splash out as the boat rocks. It utilizes magnets to secure it to the boats’ surfaces and to hold the lid closed. This leaves your other hand free for fishing. The product is a easy method to recharge your bait while fishing. As an avid fisherman, this client wanted a better container for his liquid fishing bait. He wanted a container that could be opened with one hand and didn’t require the plastic bait to be taken off the hook to place it in the liquid bait.

The Wave Brush

The patent-pending Wave Brush is a luxury hair product that provides its users multiple functions while brushing their hair. The Wave Brush measures humidity and temperature to inform the user of surrounding environmental conditions. The Wave Brush also vibrates in a wave-like pattern while counting each brush stroke. The vibrations of the bristles help to penetrate thick hair, allowing for better brushing. In addition, the bristle insert can be changed via magnetic connection. The Wave Brush has different lengths of interchangeable Nylon and Boar’s hair bristles. The inventor wanted to create a luxury hair product tailored towards thick-haired individuals and designed primarily for men. Inventions unlimited developed a circuit board containing a plethora of sensors and functions which can be easily manufactured. Our focus was centered around providing a design which is both appealing to customers and easy to mass manufacture.

The AirLight

The average family replaces their air filters 2 to 4 times a year. How do you know what is the best time to replace your filter? The AirLight can tell you when the filter is dirty and in need of a replacement. It works by collecting and analyzing the amount of light allowed through the filter. As the filter gets dirty, light is blocked by the dust particles, and depending on how much light is blocked, the sensor will then tell you if the filter needs replacing. Patent is not obtainable for this product. This client wanted a standardized way to know when to change their air filters in their home. This device clips around any house air filter. The product is simple and effective for alarming the homeowner when to change their air filter. Development took 4 months and 4 interactions to perfect. The product determines the cleanliness of the air filter by measuring the change in light wave which pass through the filter. Testing and development of the light included weeks of testing to perfect the algorithm.

Baby On Board

The patented Baby on Board floatation device allows young children the ability to be in the water with their parent or guardian. This is ideal for the infant and guardian, as swimming or working out when watching a young child can be difficult. The seat rotates to allow the child more freedom while in the water. The Baby on Board will be US coast guard certified and ensures the child’s safety by having the board strapped to the guardian. This client’s idea was conceived from a mother who wanted to work out in a pool. She wanted to exercise but finding the time to with an infant was a difficult task. She developed the baby on board to allow mothers to swim and spend time with their child. Safety was a main concern while developing this product. The seat contains air pockets to prevent it from sinking and the holes in the foam board hold a belt that straps to the adult’s waist which prevent the board from drifting away. The client is currently in the process of getting this board Coast Guard certified and then intends to begin mass manufacturing.

The Buoy Case

The Buoy case was invented to protect your phone from being dropped into deep water. This idea came from a client who spent a lot of time on a boat. Most modern cell phones are water resistant up to one meter, but water resistance doesn’t prevent the phone from sinking into deep water or protect the phone from getting lost in murky water. This phone case will keep your phone afloat and visible in the bath, the pool, or the ocean. Inventions unlimited designed and developed a method to keep the phone protected and buoyant. The buoy case was designed to be manufactured from closed cell foam with air pockets to make any phone buoyant in all types of water. The size of the air pockets was calculated to ensure the phone keeps afloat. The air pockets are covered by a transparent barrier to provide an airtight and stylish look to the buoy case.

The Hair Key

The Hair Key is a copper tool used to sew in hair extensions, braids and dreadlocks. The key is made of copper, which is well known in spiritual communities for its emotional and spiritual healing properties. The Hair Key was developed for use in hair care. It is a tool to insert sew in extensions and braid and dread hair. The client wanted a copper hair key for emotional and spiritual healing properties. This was a simple development process that took around 2 months from start to completion. The client took their completed, metal 3D printed prototype and uses it in their hair salon. Inventions Unlimited has found a manufacturer to cast the product for mass production. The client intends to sell the hair key as a retail product.

Mango Peeler

The patent pending Mango Peeler is a fruit peeler that automatically scores the fruit while you peel. The blade rotates to match the contours of any fruit but is designed to save a step while preparing mangos. This product is also a great solution to peel thicker skinned fruits. This design challenged Inventions Unlimited to design and create a blade safe enough for household use but sharp enough to effectively peel and score fruit. The blade is made from 316L stainless steel for sanitation and cleaning purposes. Our client wanted to save himself a step when preparing mangos, so he combined peeling and scoring into one action. He wanted a sleek, futuristic looking product. The design is sleek but study and perfect for any household.

The Roll On Buddy

The Roll on Buddy is an adjustable stick that allows users to apply their own roll on solutions to their back. It was designed for use with roll on pain relievers and menthol topical products. The Roll on Buddy can return independence to those struggling with back pain and removes the need for application assistance. The handles can be adjusted to three angles so users can easily reach different parts of their back. This client wanted to fill a niche that she thought was empty. She wanted to provide an easier method for people to apply roll on products to their own backs and not rely on assistance. This product took around three months to complete. The cup on the end is designed to hold various sized containers.

Saw Support

The saw support allows users to set up their table saw anywhere. It provides a stable way to use your saw horses as legs for your table saw, making it possible to work outside with a table saw without legs. The product is durable and mounts directly to the table saw. It can be screwed or nailed to the table saw for further support. The client is a carpenter and travels often for work. He wanted an alternative stand for his table saw. They are currently looking for funding to bring this idea to the marketplace. The product took 5 iterations to perfect. The product is made from Carbon fiber plastic and steel.

Sign Anchor

Our client owns an advertising company and needed a method to hold heavy electrical signs up while not excavating the ground. This sign foundation device is built to support up to an 8 foot tall electrical advertising sign while minimizing potential damage to the ground. It allows for an easier and lighter set up of large advertising signs on most ground surfaces. Inventions unlimited designed two sizes of this product, each allowing for a different size sign pole. Both sizes of this product can be easily installed with a drill and an allen wrench. The product works by utilizing a special auger which constrains the sign to the ground. The product also has three stakes to reduce any twisting motion caused by wind or any other physical other force. We focused on a design which can be instlled by one person and can withstand winds up to 50 MPH.

Adjustable Food Cutter

This cutting tool works well for cakes, pasta, bread, thin fruits, thin vegetables and much more. The thin plastic edges provide a safe cutting edge and the button on top presses out any soft food. This client runs a bakery as a side hustle and needed a product that allows her to cut cake into squares that fit perfectly into a small cup. She wanted a product for personal use to speed up her cake cutting process, but after seeing what Inventions Unlimited made, she’s considering buying the design and selling it retail. We developed a custom food cutter for the client which has interchangeable cut out shapes. This device can be used to cut custom cookies, cake, pasta and etc. The product cuts and holds the cut food until the end user needs to drop it. This works with a simple plunger or button at the top of the device.

Golf Bag Club Holder

Our client came to us to develop a golf bag alternative that allows golf clubs to be easily snapped in and out of the golf bag, instead of lifting out of a traditional golf bag. Our client has shoulder issues and has had many surgeries which affects how he lifts objects over their head. He noticed that when he pulled his golf clubs out of a traditional golf bag it caused strain on his shoulders. Inventions Unlimited designed a solution that is simple to use and stylish. The patent-pending Golf Club Holder is an alternative to a golf bag that eliminates the need to lift each club out. This product is essential for golfers with limited mobility. This product attaches to the golf cart and can be taken off and installed in less than 30 seconds but can be intended for long-term use. The golf club holder comes with an optional snap-in rain guard to keep club handles dry. The product is an innovative solution to aid golfers with limited mobility.
